Named after Middletown Ohio by chance ?
Looking very nice!
Looks like a prototypical deserted station in the dead of night...in tinplate no less. Terrific.
Excellent!

Looks real good.

Skyline was located in Philadelphia, Pa.

Very cool.
When Steve posts stuff like this it reminds me of the Micheal Keaton Batman movie scene where Jack Nicholson as the Joker asks, "Where does he get all those wonderful toys?" LOL

Middletown PA is on the Susquehanna near Hershey.
Not really close to Philly and it is Middletown not Middle Town. Doubt that is where the idea came from.
Nice Steve, thanks for the photos. My three Middletown train station pieces are lined up on a shelf which does not do them justice at all. They are fun tinplate, one of the last as tinplate lithography was fading from production.
More inspiration. Every day there's a little more to dream about and plan for.
Just perfect! Looks great!

I prefer the classic Frank Gorshin myself...but I agree with Jack.
Just perfect! Looks great!
good luck with your surgery Steve.
good luck Steve, hope it's nothing major.
I hope your surgery goes well, Steve.
Is the doctor a train guy? Can you recruit him if he's not?
Thanks all for the good wishes. They took out a 2 inch by 1 inch by 3/8" thick piece of eye shaped meat on the back portion of my right shoulder. Luckily I'm left handed. Amazingly pain free with nothing but Motrin so all is well. Just finished replacing some drivers on a CMC 2-4-0, so I'm still playing. Just won't be laying on my back or stretching out my arm too far for a while.
thanks again guys
Steve
Sounds like good news. Stay in touch.
Glad your procedure went well and the pain is not unbearable. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Bob
Good news and glad you are doing alright!
Now the wait on the test results to see if we're done or just getting started

a little prayer sent to the Big Engineer Steve
Thanks for all the prayers and good wishes, it worked. Pathology called an hour or so ago and said there is no remnant of the melanoma cancer. No radiation,no chemo or more surgery for now. Just have to go back for check ups a lot more often. Definitely a happy camper this afternoon.

Great News Steve!
Awesome news!!!

Congratulations Steve. Very glad to hear it.
That's the result we were praying for.
Denyse told me on the way home from work today. That is great news!
great news Steve. The good guys win one every once in a while. God probably said "alright already with the prayin', I hear ya"
I, too, am glad for your good news. Best wishes.
