A locked post by the webmaster sets out a method for inserting links. One problem I have had with inserting links in the past is that they get truncated, with an ellipsis in the middle. Does this method eliminate that problem?

If you use the link icon in the toolbar after highlighting the text you'd like your link description, you get the actual link description as you see in many posts.
Example: Williams Santa Fe Engine

Same link target, just a different appearance.
also by linking the link this way hoopla the link will open in a new window without having to click on open link in new window.
