It's a beautiful day here in Michigan!

Just had a nice 10 mile bike ride with my honey.

Stopped at the far point for a muffin and some joe.  Joe...excellent.  Muffin...yesterday's, I'm sure.  Oh well.

We've had some nice rain lately....more could be on the way!....maybe the grass will turn green again before January, after all!!

Do some quick yard work until mid-day.  Then, back to the cool basement for some trains and layout work!

Oh!.....Plug & Play???...........no interest here....maybe for the round-the-tree layout it's OK/handy.

MTH, Lionel, Atlas, WBB, all the other contributors to the hobby?.......God Bless them all!....and thanks for everything they do to keep it interesting!

You might break a nail using your wire cutters to clip off the end to wire them conventionally.  You might actually break a sweat cutting a hole in your foam board to flush-mount an accessory.

Not sure what you mean and what your tone is?

But I for one have spent a lot of money for items that need to be "adjusted"   You might be ok with having to alter an item I'm not anymore

countless posts on things not working, smoke units, accessories, etc 

We as a society have come to the accept things as they are.  

By the way I don't have foam board on my layout so the plug and play playground accessories are just to large and unreal for my layout  

I do have wire cutters but that goes to my point about altering products  

I was just trying to figure out Lionel's thought process for not having buildings and keeping the same old stuff regarding accessories on their catalogs like the playground products  

Just trying to compare all the MTH accessories to Lionel.

Look at the MTH ready to run catalogs, pages of buildings and accessories, some cool stuff, Mels Diner for example.

Just wondering why Lionel got away from this product line.

I hope the up coming catalog is not filled with the same old plug and play accesories, yellow house and keystone store again.
