I recently purchased a Lionel 1105 Texas Special Freight set. (1959 Advanced Catalog) It is missing the transformer. Does anyone here know which Lionel transformer was original to that partiicular set? Thanks for helping. Brien

I have not been able to find a #1105 set from 1959. However Lionel did an Alco Texas Special in 1958,I think,or 1957, that offered transformer #1015 at 45 watts.

Thanks Norm The Doyle Book listed this set as "Advanced Catalog" 1959 but it is likely 1958 since it was made then and put in the "Advanced Catalog" for 1959. I am going with the
