Hi guy's, I have a signal that does not have a rotating cup and trying to make one. I'm about 3/4 of the way there. Does anyone have a picture of the inside of the cup? I'm not sure what makes this turn. It does vibrate but not sure what holds the cup on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Or does anyone know where to get one? I can't seem to locate one. Thank you for your time, John.

Not sure which part you're talking about. Are you trying to make the rotating drum, or the rubber gasket with the fingers?
The metal drum is held on by the swinging arm and a bit of friction from the gasket.
I'm trying to make the drum. I don't know what is inside of it. Looks like a rivet or something that would go into the coil. Again, I never seen one so I'm not sure. Thank you for your reply.
@buddyjohn This topic: Banjo #140 Signal,HELP may offer some insights.
The thread posted by @SteveH above includes an exploded drawing. If you're talking about the 140-28 rotating cup assembly, then it's not riveted to the coil - it slips on as mentioned in my previous post. It's smooth inside, but it's a pretty precise fit - just loose enough so that it can rotate freely.
If that's not the part you're talking about, please look at the parts diagram in that thread and post the part number.
Thank you very much for taking the time to look this information up. The inside of the cup does have a stem. I should be alright now. When I get back to it, I'll let you know how I make out. I find the OGR guys are the best.
