Just got a nice 1511 with whistle.  Looks complete and in fairly good shape but I have no key to test it.

Anyone have any source of repair literature?  Looks like I may have to bend two tabs on the motor to drop it out of the shell but I hate to bend stuff if I don't have to.  I would like to get the engine out of the shell so I can give it a good going over to get it into the best possible shape.

Thanks in advance,

good luck... about a year ago i went on a quest to discover how to drop the motor out of this shell without much success.  my 1511 probably has the same whistle motor yours does, but i can see a few gears that need reseating and are too loose to function in the state they are currently in.  sad, because otherwise it looks to be in great condition, but it's currently relegated to sitting on the shelf.

watching with interest.

cheers...gary
