I just purchased a Lionel 6-25423 SS diner. I only have 0-36 curves on my layout. In the manual, it states to not run them on 036 curves. What will happen if I try to run them through the curves? I have a set of Lionel California Zeyphr cars that are 18" and they run just fine on the curves.
I would like to know as well. I would like to get either the 29105 PRR Trail blazer set or the similar Congressional set. Would like to know if they will run on my 40" diameter curves (prewar Flyer O track). I have one of the long Lindberg type heavyweight car and it will not go around my track, the trucks bind up or catch on stuff underneath. Anyway, I am curious to hear about the long Aluminum cars.
