Purchased recently the 213 bridge but the seller provided no instruction manual. Any idea where I can obtain a "parts list" for this bridge to determine if anything is missing ?

The last time I looked the drive motor, led brass lights, cables and a few other parts were still available. I would suggest you purchase any of the movable parts like those for future replacement. The PCB is no longer available. Make sure you protect it from powere spikes.
It does come with a controller but there is a way to control it remotely using a Lionel remote.
