I have a like new which was working in the typical configuration (motor on the curve side) but failed to work when I moved the motor to the straight side (without fixed voltage).
There is continuity between the center pads of switch machine and the fixed voltage plug.
There is continuity between the center rail of the switch and the fixed voltage when the switch machine is aligned along the curve side, but I loose conductivity when I put motor on the straight side.
Everything is perfect (in either configuration) if I use fixed a fixed voltage plug, but I want to find out what is going on.
