Lionel 6-14078 are the new die cast spring trucks.. Working on trying to remove my wheels the sides of my PWC capsule (the one with two capsules) car broke

I see Lionel has these replacements ( Lionel 6-14078) do these have instead of a rivet threads in the center my PWC car had a Philips screw to remove from the flatcar..
