Yes, Kusan and Frank’s Roundhouse made versions of that car in similar paint schemes. Plus Lionel also made at least one other.
Here is a link to Forum member Roberts Trains website with a photo of the Kusan K-series PRR DSMS box car made in the mid-1950’s. This car has the plain large keystone: Kusan K-Series Boxcars Like all of the K-series cars it came with plastic wheels, axles and dummy knuckle couplers.
The first attached photo is my Frank’s Roundhouse stock #70 box car which also has the plain large keystone and the words “Don’t Stand Me Still” in yellow. This car was made from the AMT molds in the late 1980’s or early 90’s. I believe that Williams later made this same identical car.
The second attached photo is my Lionel #6-26815 boxcar in the same paint scheme which has a hobo sitting inside playing “I’ve been working on the railroad” on the harmonica. This paint scheme is identical to the car in your photo except it doesn’t have the black background in the keystone. It came out in 2005 and has fully sprung die cast trucks.
Plus I also have PRR DSMS box cars in silver and in green made by Lionel. The third photo is the silver one in my collection which was made in 2006.
I would bet that MTH, Atlas O, K-Line and Weaver have also made one or more over the years.
