I've down loaded this engine's module into my Cab 2 remote All sounds work but the engine won't move nor will the couplers work What's wrong?

It's broken? Really, without more information, it's pretty hard to actually diagnose something like this. That's an 18 year old engine, so there's a lot of things that could have gone wrong.
Did you program it with the correct engine code? For early Legacy diesels, after setting the TMCC ID, you use AUX1/2 for diesel engines.
