Hello friends,
I need some assistance here with the Lionel Crane car. The unit is brand new and does not communicate or respond to any commands.
I sent it to a trustworthy repair center and they are telling me that it needs a new receiver, part # 691-RCVI-BOI. Come to find out they cannot source the part.
Can anyone assist with my problem?

And the Lionel Product Number of the crane car itself is?
The product number of the crane is 6-29858.

Teach them to read, the correct part number is 691-RCVI-B01, and the suggested replacement is 691-RCVI-B02 which is available.
