Lionel 6-81445 MOW Tie-Jector?

Hi, I see this product in the new Lionel catalog (along with the 6-82092 Tie Work Car) but do not find it available for preorder on various dealers WEB sites. Lionel lists no status on their product screen. Is this a previously offered product that is no longer available? Was it ever produced? Will there be more produced? Is there a way to preorder. Anyone have a line on one available somewhere (none on auction sites at this time). Thanks for any help or insight.
