Hi - i know this may raise some negative issues about smoking cabooses - but here is my question - my Lionel N5B caboose lights up - but smoke unit does not work - i opened the caboose and measures the voltage to the smoke unit and it was hardly registering - the light works and all of the connections appear to be good - i hooked up the smoke unit to a transformer and it smoked immediately - so the smoking element is good - but the voltage to it seems to be lacking.  wondering if it is a circuit issue?  i just put the unit on a test track - no movement, the light comes on but no smoke - does it have to have motion or am i screwed with a bad circuit board? I checked the wire from board to the two wire smoke element - where the plug is located has three contacts - i tested the voltage on the two outside contact and got nothing - so i think it may  be the circuit board

- any ideas on a replacement unit where it buy - or should i just run with light on and SMK off?

thanks in advance for any suggestions

ps - this is my second caboose of this type - first one did not work either and i gave it away - so I bought a new one thinking it would work - ugh
