I can not get my PC to find the Camera. I follow the instructions and when I click on the setup tool it does not find the Camera. I do not get the firewall screen just before the search screen. I'm running Win 10 and Norton Security Suite. Any ideas how to fix the problem before I send it back to the dealer as defective.

I've had the same problem. I've been struggling with it for the last 2 hrs...and when I look for the software allegedly installed on my drive in the folder indicated in the installation software..it ain't there! The app for my iPhone works great...
I have successfully loaded the software on the PC (Lenovo, Windows 10). I have to go into the wifi window and click on the camera wifi. That hooks up. When I click on the IPCamera search tool, I bring up the CSX caboose but the IP address is not like the 192.168.10.1:80 shown in the instructions. It brings up this address, 0.0.0.0:80, which when I click "OPEN", opens an Edge browser window that says nothing found. So that's it so far for Windows 10.

Works now. I was advised to put the cam on the house wifi using the settings on the iPhone app. On a different thread of the same subject...
