Anybody know what these would be worth? 6-24520 6-24521 and the B unit ,also the caboose 6-17649 These are new in the box and never run. My friend has these and needs the money , but I don't know what to offer him. Thanks for your time.. Bob

Bob: You'll get answers all over the map on this, so here's my take on this: a "good" street price for the AA units was around $625.00 when these were issued. Is the "B" PWD or un-PWD? I've seen un-PWD units in the $150.00 range, PWD likely $250. Caboose maybe $50.00.

The last price graham's trains asked was $869 for all 3. They are not scale and could have traction tire issues from age. Maybe paint issues from the carton foam outgassing. You can buy a really nice Legacy engine for that price. They are 12 years old.
So, $869 would be my charity maximum. $400 seems like the "it's not personal, it's only business" number. Let your conscience be your guide.
