Take the roof off and watch the doors as they raise. Make sure that there is no binding going on. The doors are suppose to retract if there isn't free travel. Also look at the micro switches, they are the limits for the door travel. Last, make sure that the outer wall is parallel with the inner wall, (measure the distance across the door at the top and bottom of the doors). The tin was so thin and that outer wall can be angled in or out if you bump or move the accessory. This will make the doors bind. 

When you press the direction button on the remote,  the doors should raise all the way up and stay up. If the doors detect binding,  you will hear a beeping sound and the doors will lower.  There are micro switches on the door tracks.  Make sure the door is properly engaging them.

the doors are fine on the tracks, they raise and lower smoothly, There is no binding. Its just strange that they go up for a few seconds, you hear a bell from the railsounds board, and they lower.

The bell noise is the key. The bell sound will only play if the system detects a problem. Once the bell plays the doors will reverse and go back. If you take the roof off you should see Mick switches along the track. They open and close as the doors go up and down. If the are not aligned right they will not trigger and the system will think there is a jamb. My guess is that they may need to be adjusted slightly. I believe when the doors are down the switches should be open. They get closed when the doors are fully raises as they press the switches closed.

Thanks for the suggestions. I took a can of compressed air, and lightly sprayed near the door guides, and the tracks, also adjusted the micro switches and cleaned off the circuit board from tiny pieces of styrofoam from being stored. Its now working fine.
