Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all enjoying the weekend.

Took delivery of my newest locomotive today: Lionel's BNSF ES44AC All Die-cast Locomotive.

Snapped a quick video of her leading 3 other ES44AC units.

I hope you all enjoy the video:

A special thanks to fellow forum member Scrapiron Scher!! Had the pleasure of meeting Eliot and his lovely wife this morning, wonderful people.

Have a great weekend everyone!!

Michael

From a fellow carpet railway enthusiast.

  on carpet layouts!!

I cannot wait to have the space one day to construct a permanent layout.  Not necessarily the most prototypical running sessions, but at least I can enjoy the pieces I have.

Appreciate the comment!

Thanks, Larry!! My goal is to collect them all, but obviously with the addition of 3 in the past few months, it's time to settle down for a bit, as my train allowance has been spent.

They are fantastic locomotives, aside from the incredible detail, the sound set is sublime. I noticed it is slightly different than Lionel's plastic renditions of the ES44ACs (NS heritage series), particular the start-up sequence.

I appreciate your comments!

Whats fun is running the Hybrids, GE EVO and the CP Rail back to back in a Lash up and watching the light show. I did have the UP BSA Engine, but traded it for the KCS Diecast from a good friend. I think Lionel hit a Home Run with the DieCast ES44AC's.

Now, they are hitting home runs with the Steam Engines with Whistle, Steam Effect. I really like the Legacy System and its becoming an Addiction to get all of these fantastic Locomotives......WOW. Happy Railroading

The BSA 2010 will most likely be my next focus, very desirable piece.
