Lionel concrete coaling tower unlite version question

I had bought a few of these when they came out. Three to be exact. I am going to be using two of them for small steam facilities. One on my attic layout and the other for the switching layout I started in the basement. The question I am throwing out is could I possibly use the third one for some type of loading facility other then coal say like maybe a Portland Cement loading tower. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks Paul
