Just an update, all the above items has shipped and we have already shipped out all items that were pre-ordered from us.  If you ordered from us, you should have already received a tracking number for your order.  Most all items listed above are still available and we have some available inventory in stock as of today.

Thank you to all of our most valued pre-order customers and we appreciate your patience as we waited far too long for these to finally show up!
