The Lionel diecast switchers in the 2010 and 2011 catalogues for the series of 6-38547 etc of different road names( Santa Fe-Kansas city Southern etc) state that they have only one motor. The 2012 catalogues state that these same diecast switchers, with the same product numbers have the new sequence control and two motors. I know for a fact that the product numbers for 2010 and 2011 do have the only one motor and no sequence control and the Lionel product video sohow the new ones with two motors and the new 2012 sequence control. Can any one explain this to me? I tried calling Lionel and they have no explanation and no time to check it out for me. Is the two motors more powerful and is the smoke and the diesel horn any different?

So what gives?

Thanks

Murray
