Lionel electric rr install needed

Is there anyone out there that can install a cruise commander m to my lionel sp AC9. this engine has tmcc but the older type with only 32 speed steps, a slow speed that is too fast and a smoke unit that needs the rebuild that Mike Regan recommends.
