Are you new to the hobby? There are some experts on this forum that can help, but you might try searching You Tube. I found some great step by step videos on repairing and tuning up my postwar locomotives.

Hippo, check your wires maybe one broke off, Good Luck Let us know how you made out!!
Don't run it until you figure out wht is wrong. Most common cause is one wire broke from the solder joint on one of the motors. Also recommend removing the trucks to clean and grease the gears. Take the truck screw out very carefully and watch where the little insulating washers go. Bought one of these that needed a general overhaul and now its one of my best engines and pretty rare.
