Lionel LC+2.0 Big Boy Headlight Not Working

Recently received and never noticed before, so I'm not sure if it was not working from the beginning or just started.

Is there a menu button or sub-menu that would control headlight operation either on a Cab-2 or the BT menu ? I couldn't find one, but want to check before opening it up. Note - it comes up as a TMCC menu on the Cab-2.

It is #1932162.
