I have a AA Rio Grand F 3 lash up. Both smoke motors have quit working and the cab light flash the correct code. I looked at the dummy unit and the fan motor rotates freely. Does anyone have an idea what is wrong and how to repair. Thanks Bill

There are numerous threads that cover all the issues with Lionel's smoke units. In most cases the smoke units have to be replaced.
Chances are they both need new motors how many blinks are they blinking?

Most likely the fan motors are full or smoke fluid, you can try blowing compressed air into the
exhaust holes. If you have an air compressor with a regulator on it, set the PSI to 20 to 25 PSI
and blow the compressed air into the exhaust holes. Then do a reprogram on the units.
If this doesn't work you will have to open up the smoke units and clean the entire unit out.
