Yes = But, you adapt to o gauge tubular to the fast track. Using 2 fast track to O gauge tubular adapters. The tell tales will not directly connect to fast track.
You can google this as well. I don’t remember what I typed in, but someone shows how to modify a FastTrack section to accept the metal parts of the telltale.

Interesting - Although a signal piece of track is cheaper. I wonder if the o gauge operating track section could be modified. It already has the two inner rails.
