Lionel LTI Intermodal Crane

I have 2 of the intermodal cranes from the late 1980's still sealed. I have many Lionel Trailer on Flatcar's, TTUX, and Maxi Stack Trains, but can these cranes work with the Lionel Husky stacks as well? Or are the Husky Stack Containers too heavy for this crane? Just curious

Lionel claims they will work. I tweeted them last week. I haven't tried it yet but i dont see how it would work, they are too tight a fit to one another and the bottom one would never be accessible.
