I agree with Mike Slater; the Milwaukee, which built these cars themselves in their own shops in Milwaukee, did have those prominent window gaskets that stuck out from the sides of the car, a bit.  I think that they look just fine, although I prefer 21" cars to replicate the prototype length.

 

Anyone know what name Lionel chose for the Skytop Lounge?  The Cedar Rapids is the car that is most famous, having been seen all around the country, most recently behind the #261 excursions.  Two of the other four cars are still in existence although not in very good condition.  The Priest Rapids was scrapped in 1970.
