Checking TM's website, along with World Class Hi-Rail Layouts 3 and Tinplate Legends in Action 2, Lionel Nation 8 will be out very soon. No previews other than it's DVD cover are available yet, but I'm sure a lot of us can expect things like RailScenes of Lionel's latest Legacy locomotives and what not...but of course some things we don't normally expect maybe~

Wow, TM is actually saying that?   Seems as if theLionel Nation format is one with "legs" that could be utilized for quite a while longer.  We will all have to ask Tom McComas about this at York and see if his mind can be changed.  I would not protest, however, if that pesky Lionel Nation theme song were to be replaced!

Since Lionel Nation 3 they have been saying that "this the last one."  The last one is always the latest one and they stop making new ones.  They are up to 8 now, and that's great.  I hope they keep making them because I enjoy every "last one" they have made thus far.  It's a been a good series so far.  May be they will offer bluray option as well.

I have been know to use these to fall asleep with too, but I do enjoy the while I'm awake.  It's not Tom's fault that trains relax me.

I posted this elsewhere separately and it is sinking on the Forum, BUT:

If you enjoy TM Books and Video's "Lionel Nation" DVD series as much as I do, please contact them and express your support for its continuation.  Their website says the upcoming Lionel Nation # 8 will be the "last in the series!"  One would think that this nicely produced series is profitable and could run indefinitely!  I know I do.  Contact TM at:  tm@tmbv.com  to express your support!!!
