Wow... I'm in for the Seaboard version.

That looks niiiice...did I see N&W in there?...Hmmm I am in as well.

If you want any of the paint schemes of these cars, best to order soon.

 

I received notice yesterday that the double door Pennsy versions I pre-ordered are now in stock and will be shipping soon.

 

I suspect the same will soon be true for the single door versions, which I also pre-ordered but from a different dealer.

 

I didn't see them at York probably because I rushed through the Orange Hall this year.  Looks like I will see them soon enough though and do expect them to be on par with the PS-1 boxcars as Dave has mentioned.

Just an observation RE: the Seaboard car.  It's a foobie.  The Seaboard owned round roof boxcars that had sides like the 1932 ARA boxcar w/tabs.  The X31s have no tabs.
