Lionel polar express

needs some help making a decision, I want to buy my 2 year old a polar express set but there seam like there is a few to choose from. Need some guidance as to which one will suit out needs a remote is a must. My 8 year old all ready an MTH set but will be using Lionel fast track for a Christmas floor layout. Thanks for your help in advance

I just ordered $239 on Amazon. replacing a plastic HO set that was not durable enough for toddler.
