Lionel Portland Terminal Woodchip hoppers

Some help, please. The 2017 Lionel Signature Vol 2 catalog on pg 58 advertises a Portland ( Maine) Terminal woodchip hopper in a 6 pack set ( # 3-17290), due in March 2019.. It also indicates that individual cars will be offered. I have called a number of the larger Lionel dealers, and am told that they will be selling only the 6 packs. Does anybody have a thought about which stores/ dealers may be selling such items individually? Thanks in advance-Turtle7
