Quality Control, better packaging, standardize their knuckle couplers with hidden tab, get the colors more prototypical correct, make a larger variety of scale switchers, both steam and small diesel, broaden the mix. Stay in business. Happy Railroading Everyone
One thing that popped into my mind today:
Change up the front coupler on steamers. The scale coupler is a nice idea but I'm a big believer is keeping things consistent. I have never ever had anybody say "boy your O scale couplers look so out of scale". I know that's a small sample size but my point is that having mismatched couplers is a huge problem compared to having the incorrect size couplers in my opinion. So I wish they were all either interchangeable or dummy lobster claws.
That is all. I feel better for getting that off my chest.

They don't include a large coupler in the box?

If and/or when they do it is not TCMC/Legacy remote operable! I have the 4-6-6T (tank) engine that prototypically was run around the consist to pull it back from where it came with tank/coal bunker forward. It would be nice to have that remote operating couple to easily simulate prototypical operation.

Lighted FT bumpers that work w/o modification.
I agree with front couplers on steam engines. Offer the scale or the "lobster claw dummy as 3rd Rail does.
I agree with "crew chatter" in steam locomotive
Both steam chest blow down, firebox glow, and swinging bell feature on most Legacy steamers [except where physically impossible due to size]
I also would like to see when placing a steam engine in reverse, the reverse gear moves b4 the engine starts rolling backwards.
I'm not a fan of the 5 horns and bells. Just give the prototypical horn or bell, to easy to have it switch on you. At least gives us a way to lock the one you want in place so it can't be changed so easily.

I agree with a way to lock it in place. But personally I find the 5 whistle/horn and bells fantastic. Sometimes the prototypical whistle/horn isn’t the best sounding 🤷♂️

It's not called out. I sure hope it's interchangeable.
This is more of a consistency thing than anything. You can sneak by with incorrect scale things if all instances of that thing are the same incorrect scale. So here's a teeny tiny coupler on the front and then we get gigantic couplers everywhere else. That grinds my gears. I would rather have an incorrect coupler because it blends better for me. I'm definitely being picky on this but oh well.

If you don't need the command control board to be reflashed/modded, I would bet adding an electrocoupler is possible on some engines. But I agree with you 100%. Especially on longer locomotives (looking at the 2-10-10-2 in this case). Prototypically speaking, that engine would not have been running through the region I'm modelling spun around in the region I'm modelling because of its length. So it would need to run backwards. I'll be sure to post a tutorial if I have to and am able to convert it
I have given this much thought, It was then I remembered a Collège was telling a contractor the following.
CHEAPER...BETTER...FASTER!
Yes that will work fine.
Test the waters with some two rail product in something that appeals to two railers.
