OK, I'm going to say what I always say: try to fix it yourself. I know that you would rather just "get another", but if all that is wrong is a piece of sheet metal, use some brass (or steel, but brass is easier to work and will probably do) and imitate, with a small vice, pliers, files and a drill the Lionel part. All it takes is time and patience. If you have a friend who is better at this, in your opinion, show it to him and ask for help - he may even do it for you.
I looked at the Lionel website and the photo of the part - I have the 3rd Rail version of this loco so I can't look at mine for help - and the photo is a little hard to "grasp" - but, really, if all you need is the bent piece with 2 holes...you can make that. re-attaching the wires is probably just fussy, but not difficult. Common sense. This is not NASA stuff.
Have a go at it. That way you aren't dependent on someone else. Always better.

Just read the solder suggestion, above (he beat me to it) - heck yes, if it works and will pull a train, go for it. Easier than making a new one - and now you have 2 options.
Caution: the bar is probably steel, and steel does not solder as well as brass - but try it.
