There is very few things I dislike about this engine. Other then the mars light, I noticed the class lamps have bright white lights in the forward position and green lamps facing inward.
The question is, Is this a prototypical placement or did Lionel put the green lens in the wrong position on the lanturns?

Classification lamps should be white OR green (or off.) Not both.
On the prototype, there's a small lever on the housing to pivot an internal green filter between the lenses and lamps.
Could be worse though, they coulda used red...
