Lionel's New ESE Passenger Cars

So, the 2015 Lionel catalogue says the new ESE passenger cars will have "detailed" interiors, but says nothing about whether they will contain passengers. And the catalogue photos show what look like frosted windows and certainly no passengers can be seen. Does anyone know if these cars will be have little passengers?

It was mentioned in another thread that Lionel's new 21" cars will not include any passenger figures. I guess their following Atlas's playbook by excluding this detail.
