Yes, most high end Diesels, Steamers, Operating Cars, Labeled "VisionLine" are BTO products. It's my thoughts, if you see a particular VisionLine GG1 Engine that you want for your railroad, You should call your favorite Train Store and see if they ordered any Extra's??? Fast!!! Good luck.
