Lionel scale k4

can anyone tell me what the difference is between the lionel k4 #6-11328 and the lionel k4 # 6-38025 Are they both scale size and are they detailed the same I see them Advertized for sale at very different prices. what should I be paying for a used one in good condition . Thanks
