Lionel SD 70 Katy Lighting and wiring clip

Just, received a parts order from Lionel. Another, adventure in life. I believe the Katy sd70 1998 headlight uses white LEDS. I’m looking to verify this as Lionel keeps sending me amber LEDs on the PCB board. Also, this is the second order where I ordered a rear lighting board and received a front lighting board. Confused! Because the picture on the site is correct.

Also, looking for a source of the wire clip in the picture. It is a self adhesive clip that is metal.
