I would like to know a bit more about the Lionel 18806 SD18, Wisconsin Central. I've seen only one picture on the net, and my 'library' is in it's starting phase (working on it).

So, is this a 'genuine' or some custom paint version?

The engine was redecorated, as Lionel PN 18806 is a New Haven SD-18.

Yeah, that one, and one on French Ebay. Though the latter could be the same as that Ebay seller is using sometimes the same description as the Liveauctioneer site.
