Well I hope so. Notice that I didn't get all upset they didn't answer yet? Hopefully when they resume their normal work schedule they'll answer. If not I'll stomp my feet and chastise them then. LOL! 
We've decided to add the serial number sticker to all Legacy locos moving forward.
