I have been a lover of Lionel trains for 70 years. My love for them has been crushed. I have a 726 LionChief engine from 2018. Just the other day the sound stopped. I took it apart. All the wires to and from the board to harness were ok. The speaker is fine. It looks like the board died. I look on the Support page and saw that the board is not available. I called Lionel. Boy. Nasty and unwilling to help. Was told nothing they can do. I stayed away from MTH because of my love of Lionel. I still have blue and orange in my veins but now just disillusioned
