I have come across a post war Lionel set with a 2037 steam engine, but it is in a box marked set No. 1583WS. I can find no record of this set number in the Lionel Trains Library and wonder if anyone can confirm the date of this set. Thanks.

1583WS WAS NAMED 027 king of the high iron. included 2037,6026w, 6482,6112,6646,6121,black 6476 and a 6017. made in 1957
The 6482 reefer and 6646 stock cars are both items that I have not seen very often.

Do you have a picture of how the set was boxed? I'm trying to rebox mine and have no idea how the components fit in.
The set also goes by 733, that's how my box is marked.
