Could not resist in getting this. Found one new in the box mint. My question is will todays scale locomotives run through this?

I've run many a new Legacy locomotive through these just fine. This accessory is one of my absolute favorites and looks great operating with them.

Thanks, btw since lionel now longer makes these and stocks parts I have one more question if you might know. I saw on the web that lionel made the flints on the grind portion of this replaceable. Since they dont have parts where would one get replacements if I ever needed them?
