Lionel subway sets 31751 and 31797

I have the opportunity to buy these two sets and was wondering if anyone happens to know the value of them? I have tried to look for comps but no luck. Thank you.

I bought a 31751 set new when they first came out for about $700. Then last year I saw another 31751 4 car set, mint unopened, on Ebay from an estate sale, for $495 and I jumped at the chance.
