I lost the 2 tiny screws that hold the fan motor in the smoke unit chassis of my Backshop. Dean B. at Lionel helped me diagnose the problem with my unit. When I told him about the screws he sent me replacements at no cost! The support I have received from Lionel customer support through out the years has been outstanding.

That's great, now what are you going to do with that big metric screw assortment you bought? 
Ha! not sure, probably have to be more aggressive loosing screws?
Magnet is you friend along with a large magnified light

With my luck using the magnet I would erase my hard drive, not find the screws and lose more screws. :-)
Dean is the man when it comes to getting help. Having been in the hobby for a few years, it is great to see the cast of true super stars Lionel has today.
