Hello all! Wanted to share a project I just wrapped up. I chose to model the UTAH RAILWAY. What better way to get rid of a silly presidential paint scheme by doing something unique! I wanted to pick up after the MK5000 series although it would have made more sense numbering it in the 8000 series.. Utah numbered their SD40's in the 9000's so I think I'll get away with it. Anyways, hope you enjoy!

Was this a MTH or Lionel engine to start with?
How is that BN engine I fixed the couplers on for you by the way?

It was a Lionel Biden I picked up from Butch.
I made a separate post about that Atlas BN unit in the Atlas forum. I didn't know you were on this forum! Thank you very much for the fine work. I'm very happy we were able to salvage it and give it a second chance.

I'm glad there is another local to me on OGR!
Glad the BN worked out, and hope your ordered the Utah Railway being done by Beth at the Public Delivery Track. Lots of our local club ordered that one!
