I circled the issue: The arrow points to a screw in two places.

Do I remove the screws to put the grease in?

Remove screw, squirt in grease, done.

That's what I thought. I bought a Weaver Black Diamond loco some time ago, with similar instructions and many screws and had an issue putting it back together, as the screws were tiny. My repairman ended putting it back together. So, I thought I would make sure this time, that I didn't miss something.
