Looking to eliminate the Plug & receptacle on my Lionel Yellow Belly Hudson, with the " Wireless Drawbar." I see the wireless drawbar only has 3-wires. Does that mean it only controls 3-Functions ? Thanks

The number of wires have nothing to do with the number of functions, rather the type of LED and phototransistor. Its not plug and play. At the very least you need a receiver board in the tender plus rewiring the engine side to drive the LED.

There's more. I have one of these. This Hudson has neither a motherboard nor plug-in accessory boards (RailSounds Board, Audio Power Board, etc).
And as Pete has mentioned you'll have work on the engine side to drive the drawbar LED.
Unless you're comfortable with designing custom electronics to create the interface to the existing electronics, the simplest way to do this involves replacing the entire electronics package with something designed later that, using an AD-20 interface, does have a wireless drawbar electronics already in place.
It's not impossible to get by without doing it this way, just difficult.

I did one of these a few months back, it's not as simple as changing a couple of wires.
